Bug description:
ubuntu 17.04 unity8
ALT F4 closes the app along with the opened child windows
not sure if a bug or a feature. in unity7 if you have a child window opened
and you hit ALT F4 it only closes the child window. in unity8 it closes the app
along with everything else. for example if you only use the keyboard you can't
close the Help\About Kate child window because ALT F4 closes the app and you
can't press enter on the Close button because although it looks like the focus
is not there (this is just another bug #1671072).
