Title:
provide easy way to disable greeter for testing

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
As recently discussed on the phone ML (https://lists.launchpad.net
/ubuntu-phone/msg08825.html) there is no easy way to disable the
greeter in a programmatic way. The only halfway automated way is an
unlock script in unity8-autopilot, but that package isn't installed by
default and apt-get install doesn't work by default. Also, it uses a
complicated way to unlock the phone using autopilot and emulating
  swipe gestures.

This is of course ok for testing unity8 itself, but for testing any
other app we just want to get the greeter away (1) robustly, (2)
easily, and (3) without having to install extra packages. E. g. the
first-time wizard can be disabled by placing a stamp file into
~/.config, the edges intro can be disabled with a D-BUS call.

  Thanks!
