Public bug reported:

A good portion of the time, it seems very easy to accidentally hold the
keys on too long, causing the app drawer to be hidden again. In a qemu
VM, you seem to have to hold the shortcut on a while before it is
triggered.

The scopes window can also be brought to the fore accidentally when
attempting this shortcut.

I suspect the root cause here, is the binding of the super key showing
to the scopes window, and presumably having to have tricks in place to
avoid it launching the scopes if you hit another key without a timeout.

** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
