Bug description:
1) found a bug worth reporting that caused system to be unresponsive
2) ssh'd in from another machine
3) set BROWSER to be the web browser available on that machine
4)

5) some windows asking questions(are you willing to troubleshoot this
issue? etc) popped up on the correct machine's display

desired: start the web browser
actual result:
/usr/bin/xdg-open: 376: /usr/bin/xdg-open: exo-open: not found
installing exo-utils made it so the desired outcome of the web browser
popping up launchpad worked fine. This is a fresh upgrade from 12.04
to 14.04.
recommended conclusion: Depend apport-bug on exo-utils, which it seems
to require at least in the case of remote logins.
