Online accounts icon missing from system settings

Bug description:
I am not exactly sure when this happened but online accounts icon is missing
from system settings (see attached screenshot).
I have been working on autopilot tests for reminders-app and
installing/uninstalling reminders-app and account-plugin-evernote and
signon-plugin-oauth2.
I just recall wanting to check if Evernote account was still in online
accounts and the icon was missing.
I have tryed to fix this re-installing system settings, and changing
"OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity; " entry in
/usr/share/applications/gnome-online-accounts-panel.desktop but the icon has
never come back.
Looks like the same problem as bug 950352 but I am not quite sure.
