Bug description:
On the add account page in the setting app there is an issue where by the
icons for the accounts don't show.
When you log into an account however that accounts icon shows on the main
accounts page till you go to add another account then they disappear again.
This happened before image 43 but I don't know how far back. Could be
36-38 when the current unity8 landed.
