  Tests reach out to dbus (missing Unity.Platform mock)

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Our tests reach out to dbus, which might not exist in the testing
  environment.

  We need to either mock the service it's reaching out to, or the plugin
  that's reaching.
