Please sync elfutils 0.166-2.2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Don't run the run-backtrace-native-biarch test.
The test was fixed in -2.2. I confirmed that the package builds
successfully on all normal PPA architectures.
