Dash: content disappears when tapping "see all" on two sections

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1 - on the dash, swipe up from the bottom edge [overview jumps in]
2 - Tap on "All"
3 - Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Yahoo Finance"
4 - Tap on the "See all" of the "Headlines" section
5 - Tap on the "See all" of the "Trending on Twitter" section
Expected outcome:
"Trending on Twitter" expands, "Headlines" collapses.
Actual outcome:
All content disappears but for the "Trending on Twitter" phrase.
Once you tap on that emptiness, the content slides down from the top to
assume its correct position.
