Bug description:
On unity7 the quicklist menu entries have higlighight when you move
the mouse over then, unity8 should have it too.

Design resolution:
The quicklist entries should have mouse over state. The quicklist menu
should look visually the same as the context menu. Context menu items
are essentially Ubuntu SDK list items and SDK list item is designed to
have mouse over state. So if SDK list items are used for the quicklist
menu the mouse over state will be there automatically once implemented
in the sdk.
