Hello Víctor, or anyone else affected, Accepted webbrowser-app into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser- app/0.23+16.04.20161028-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
