Ok i have my phone in a weird state where the app scope is playing up.
I can have the apps being displayed only from half way down the
screen.

I can reproduce easily
Open the app scope
Search for an app (tele) >Already i notice the app is displayed half way
down the screen https://ibin.co/2tNJTxU1cQpe.png
Do a left edge swipe in order to see all the apps. > header is missing
Pull down to see the header > Apps are appearing from half way down.
