I installed version 1:3.18.5 of nautilus and it solves the problem :
With this new version, when renaming a file (F2 on the file for example)
a box pops up in which you can type the new name.

Unfortunately with this version you can't paste files from the upper
right menu (the option has been removed), neither directly in the task
bar with right click button...
