On one tablet, when I try to log in to the Ubuntu One so I can get the terminal app, I enter my email and password (correct) to log in, but I am not logged in and the terminal app does not download. Without the terminal app installed I cannot run any diagnostics or get any information about what is going wrong. This setup, where terminal is not on the Tablet OS by default, totally SUCKS. I need support urgently. I cannot provide log files to you or anything else. Presumably the Ubuntu Web web site logs will say that I am trying to log in from a Tablet device. I wish I had some logs myself...
