Test case.
- Fresh install.
- In Language, scroll and tap on "Spanish (Spain)".
Expected result
- Spanish (Spain) language is selected.
Actual result.
- Spanish (Spain) language cannot be selected.
Sometimes during the installation wizard, when I touch on "Spanish
(Spain)" I can't select this language. The other Spanish options can be
selected, though. This has happened to me using frieza and turbo. It
doesn't happen always. Cannot see any warning on unity8.log.
