Torrent downloading support
Status in ubuntu-download-manager package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The download manager should be able to download torrents.
When not downloading torrents, the implementation could have zero battery
life overhead (you only pay for what you use).
Ideally, the download manager will be able to receive magnet links just as it
receives http links and start downloading.
