1ubuntu2 results in the following error:

hex string is too long
invalid hex key value

when executing the following command:

echo "encrypted" | openssl enc -a -d -aes-256-cbc -K "hex_value" -iv
"iv_value"

Ubuntu version is 14.04.5 LTS
