Bug description:
Jasper is being removed from Debian. It would be great if this could
be done in Ubuntu too before 16.10 is released.

Reverse-Build-Depends

* dcraw (fixed in -proposed, autosynced from Debian but ftbfs, see bug
1611001 )
* imagemagick (for libjasper-dev) (filed separately as bug
1612822 )
* kodi (for libjasper-dev) (in sync with Debian, so
we'll just sync their fix)
* qtimageformats-opensource-src (for libjasper-dev) (fixed in -proposed,
autosynced from Debian)
* digikam (for libjasper-dev)
* kde4libs (for libjasper-dev)
* kimageformats (for libjasper-dev)
* kopete (for libjasper-dev)
The last 4 are KDE stuff. Since these packages have already removed
their jasper dependency in Debian, you should be able to just copy
what's already been done.
