Due to the bug, "less foo.ddeb" now gives you binary goop, instead of
executing dpkg.
[ Test Case ]
Make sure the output of "less foo.ddeb" is similar to "less foo.deb", rather
than a binary dump.
[ Regression Potential ]
nil, it's a 1-char fix.
