Obviously not an apport problem.
Problems such as these are often short term while the repositories are being
updated.
Please let us know if you continue to experience this prob;em.

Im using Ubuntu 15.10
I run sudo apt-get update in terminal then i get
W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/wily-
security/main/source/Sources Hash Sum mismatch
W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/wily-
security/main/binary-amd64/Packages Hash Sum mismatch
W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/wily-
security/main/binary-i386/Packages Hash Sum mismatch
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-
vn/ppa/ubuntu/dists/wily/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-
vn/ppa/ubuntu/dists/wily/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.
