Also jammed up w/ this bug.
Running Ubuntu 16.04 MATE & tried to install Kubuntu Desktop via Ubuntu
Software Center.
Now stuck in apt-get install-f loop which prevents installing anything
else. here's a log from trying to install synaptic post-bug
