Public bug reported: I can't connect to wifi using network manager, I can connect using Wicd. The network manager widget shows no wifi networks. dmesg output is attached, I suspect the "IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlp4s0: link is not ready" is related.
