I can't reproduce this using a keyboard/mouse bluetooth combo using the phone/image below. I looked at the code, but didn't see any obvious reason this would occur.

If it's on, turn it off. Expected result: Nothing in particular, the UX of the greeter does not change between desktop and staged mode. What actually happens: The greeter unlocks. Note that this doesn't happen if there is a security in place (Pin or password) so it's not really a security issue. It also does not happen every time, apparently.
