I can't reproduce this using a keyboard/mouse bluetooth combo using the
phone/image below. I looked at the code, but didn't see any obvious
reason this would occur.

Title:
Turning the mouse on or off unlocks the greeter

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Ensure you have "no security/swiping" enabled for unlocking.
  - Switch the screen off and on, you get the greeter.
  - If your bluetooth mouse in off, turn it on. If it's on, turn it off.

  Expected result:
Nothing in particular, the UX of the greeter does not change between desktop
and staged mode.

  What actually happens:
  The greeter unlocks.

Note that this doesn't happen if there is a security in place (Pin or
password) so it's not really a security issue. It also does not happen
  every time, apparently.
