r1739: "make distclean" deletes uitk gallery script

Bug description:
On r1739,
building and then running "make distclean" deletes the gallery script,
which will not be recreated because it is not a build artifact but
comes with the source.
This is a consequence of the recent changes to the uitk examples
gallery project file
