Bug description:
BQ Aquaris E5 with official Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-10.1)

I've tested around 20 sequential reboots, and ardound 2-3 times form
10 first reboots I see far right column of pixels (not sure how much)
moved to the left of the screen.

I've attached two screenshots that _are not actual screenshots but
mere simulations_, as this effect is not seen in screenshot made, only
  on screen itself.

And these artefacts are not static, I can see it change like in app
swich mode, when white column hides/appears depending if app window is
"touching" far right of the screen.
