Public bug reported:
The problem occurred after upgrade to Xenial. After a (re)boot
everything is normal but after using the machine for some time or
especially after wakeup from hibernation (e.g. opening display) the
lower part of the screen (below the position of the mouse pointer)
starts to flicker, especially when moving the mouse. I'm experiencing
this on an Asus Zenbook UX31E, using Intel i915 video.
