Public bug reported:

Since last update in krillin rc-proposed, in the webbrowser bookmarks
list, the last bookmark is unclickable, if there are enough bookmarks to
require scrolling down.

To reproduce:

* Have enough bookmarks to require scrolling down
* Launch webbrowser
* Click bookmarks in the menu
* Scroll down

What should happen: scrolling down exposes the last bookmark

What happens: Last bookmark is hidden by Done and New tab buttons
toolbar.

OS build number r740.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
