consider this fixed through indirect improvements.
it's still a little tough to catch the corner...but much better than it was

Bug description:
  i find it difficult to zero in on a corner to get the corner-resize cursor
  and frequent with the tap-tap-hold...my cursor will move on the first tap 
causing the cursor to change/retarget, losing the corner-resize intent
