Bug description:
apps keep loading even if i close them. arale/rc-proposed r328
open calendar or falldown or whatever app and while loading try to close the
app using the app switcher (swipe from the right to see the apps, swipe from
top to bottom or bottom to top to close the app). the app keeps loading. the
only way to close the app is to wait for it to finish loading
