Today Ubuntu tried to update my downgraded libs. I thought so and could prevent it. If needed I let the update happen and can provide logs or output of any command. I have the old packages on my computer and can easily downgrade again.

I had to download libnl-3-200_3.2.16-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb libnl-genl-3-200_3.2.16-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb libnl-route-3-200_3.2.16-0ubuntu1_amd64 and to dpkg -i them manually.
