apt.systemd.daily: Put opening brace of check_power on extra line

Status in apt package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 16.10 dev with apt 1.3~exp1 and on making a look at
/usr/lib/apt/apt.systemd.daily I have noticed that in line 293 the
opening bracket for the function check_power is used within the same
line while other functions use it in the next line.
