When you say you reinitialised your phone, do you mean you reset it to factory settings or just restarted it again and it then started working?

It simply doesn't exist anymore! I have tried to restart my phone many times, but nothing changes, the keyboard doesn't appear anymore! Is there anyway to have my keyboard back? (I'm not a real expert of programming (not at all!)) I hope that there is a useful solution, because it is impossible to use such a phone!
