STEPS::
1. flash the latest rc-proposed
2. connect to an external display
3. with the phone in trackpad mode move the cursor the scopes window
4. two finger swipe to the next scope (this works no issues)
5. two finger scroll to the next scope (this is where you start having issues)
EXPECTED:
I expect to be able to smoothly transition from one scope to another with ease
ACTUAL:
You can smoothly transition between scope one and scope two, however moving to
scope 3 it very troublesome it can be done but it's more by luck than skill.
