Bug description:
Unity8 stuck on hint "Long swipe from the left edge to open the Today
scope" and can't close it
Test case:
Log into Unity8 on a desktop and switch it to tablet mode. After a few
seconds it will pop up the hint overlay:
"Long swipe from the left edge to open the Today scope"
And now the system is unusable because you can't get out of this
screen when you only have a mouse and keyboard.
