Bug description:
- [snap-decision] use bright background
- [snap-decision] update spacing and margins
- [snap-decision] make fullscreen background to cover shell darker/less
transparent
- [snap-decision] add separator between icons/summary/body and buttons
- [snap-decision] allow to use red and green theme colors to tint affirmative
and rejecting action-buttons
- [snap-decision] add new button-layout case "1 over 2"
- [all notification-types] move the secondary icon to the top-right corner of
a notification and increase the size slightly
