seems this only happens the first time there is a new picture for the
given day (still a bug). Repeating the steps a second time after closing
everything seems to work.

  gallery does not update images when invoked by content hub

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  * Make sure the gallery app is closed
  * Open the camera app, take a picture (or press vol+/- to take a screenshot)
  * Open the telegram app, open a conversation
  * click on "attach image"
  * in the ContentPeerPicker, select the gallery app

  => Gallery app will open, but your new picture is not around.
