[wizard] it's slow to move from language to security page

Bug description:
After you select language on the first page of the wizard, and click the
continue button, its feels slow to open the next page. It takes more than 1
second, sometimes close to 3.
The button is left pressed and you have enough time to wonder for a second if
it got stuck. As this is the first page, we need the transition from one page
to the other to be smooth.
