Marking this incomplete for System Settings for now—not sure there's
anything we can do there. These ALT+GR symbols should work out of the
box with the given layout, right?
It might be lower in the stack, so I've marked mir as affected for
starters.

Title:
Spanish keyboard layout wrong

Bug description:
Keyboard: http://www.logitech.com/en-hk/product/wireless-touch-
keyboard-k400r2
In Ubuntu 14.04 desktop
(http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/12.04/release/) the keyboard works
perfect.
In Phone: bq Aquaris E.4.5 Ubuntu Edition, Ubuntu release: 15.04
(r305):
With the default keyboard layout I can write many characters pressing
the keys they are printed. The specific symbols like ? or - are in
different keys than those they are printed. This is expected.
If I choose 'Spanish' from 'Settings > Language and text > External
keyboard' I can write almost all characters and specific symbols
except those which you have to press ALT-GR key. The accented
characters are impossible to obtain, i.e., I only can write Sabado
instead of Sábado.
I have compared /usr/share/i18n/charmaps/ES.gz in desktop and phone
and they don't have differences.
I hope this to help. Thanks.
