History's QML plugin needs to initialize Telepathy-Qt types

Bug description:
Since the latest contact matching changes, history's QML plugin uses
some things from telepathy to gather account information, but
Telepathy-Qt types are not being initialized anywhere there.
This causes a crash in system-settings when you go to
Settings->Phone->Sim Services
