I'm almost sure that it's a bug in Ubuntu, not in Chrome, and that I
observe it in Chrome just because it's the only application I ever use
that goes fullscreen.
Note that it's not systematically reproducible, it's just random.
When it starts happening there's no workaround other than logging out
and in to Xorg.
I guess it's related with other window-foreground-background-order-
is-a-complete-mess bugs.
