Indicator area seems to have a green layer

Bug description:
on today's arale's proposed-rc :
0. Open indicators (swipe from top to bottom)
1. Backgound color is suposed to be dark grey. It is dark green/grey (see
attached screenshot)
Between step 0 and 1, i have received notification bubble, nit sure if
this was the trigger of the bug, but i'm pretty sure it was not green
after update's reboot
