Screen switch on when using power button to switch it off

Bug description:
proposed-rc r268 (arale, 20160312)
0. unlock the phone (browse scopes for example)
1. push hardware button "power" to switch off the screen (and lock byt the
way, the screen)
2. the screen go black (expected)
3. the screen siwtch on itself in the second (not expected) and you are now
on the lock screen
