STEPS:
1. Install the latest rc-proposed image
2. Move to the apps scope
3. Open the store
4. Search for uTorch
5. Click on install
EXPECTED:
I expect the images to be instantly there cached from looking at the main page
ACTUAL:
Every page through the install reloads the images as they are not cached at the
correct scale (Possibly)
