Same on OTA 9.1. The symbol for the voicemail mailbox is there, but it is without function. Regarding bug #1338970: How to define a voicemail number on the SIM card? If I remember correctly, my other phones asked me for the number when I hit the button the first time.

When entering the number, it calls the mailbox, but doesn't record the number. I find no way to store the mailbox's number in the phone.
