here's a zip of the media hub files before and after it going wrong (I'm assuming that this is what the .gz files are). I don't recall changing the volume or silent status until after it went wrong yesterday apart from on Friday evening when it was on silent for around 1-2 hours. Media-hub-7.gz should show when it was in silent mode (Friday evening). Hope this info is useful - if not and you need something else please holla.
