I stumbled into the typo and I noticed that it has recently fixed into master branch of modemmanager: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/ModemManager/ModemManager/commit/?id=d5bc19f7db1bbbe8c54c2dc7d31bbc7a68c28d66
The fix was not backported into 1.4.x stable series so far, so this bug will be really fixed when the next major series of modemmanager will be released (or it can be closed marking it as solved upstream, I don't know the policies here). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to modemmanager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1178622 Title: 'maniuplating' typo Status in modemmanager package in Ubuntu: In Progress Bug description: While translating modemmanager in raring to ID I found typo at file ../policy/org.freedesktop.modem-manager.policy.in.h:10 https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/modemmanager/+pots/modemmanager/id/10/+translate System policy prevents sending or maniuplating this device's text messages. should be System policy prevents sending or manipulating this device's text messages.
