Bug description:
mircookie.pc requires (privately) nettle.pc but the mircookie-dev
package doesn't depend on nettle-dev to ensure nettle.pc is available.
This causes builds that use pkg-config and depend on mircookie (even
transitively, e.g., through mirclient, which practically means all
builds) to fail.
