Select "Bluetooth Settings..." from the Bluetooth indicator menu, or "Cellular Settings..." or "Wi-Fi Settings..." from the Network indicator menu, or "Battery Settings..." from the Battery indicator menu, or "Sound Settings..." from the sound indicator menu, etc. What should happen: The indicator menu closes and the relevant System Settings screen appears. What happens: Apparently nothing. The relevant settings screen actually does open, but you can't see it because the indicator menu stays open in front of it.
