cat > foo.txt results in: foo.txt: Input/ Output error Afterwards >ls -lc foo.txt results in: No such file or directory I also searched /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-click- com.ubuntu.camera_camera_<VERSION>.log, but negative.
