[Feature] Content hub integration as a destination of videos

Bug description:
Media player should integrate with content hub so that:
1. Apps that want to export a video through content hub will be able to send
it to media player.
2. When opening media player without a video, media player can present the
ContentPeerPicker to let the user choose a video and play it, instead of
showing an error message.
